Ingredients

3 10", low carb salsa wraps
1 lb. ham, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Dijon or country-style mustard
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tablespoon dill pickle, finely chopped
6 lettuce leaves
Optional:
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:
