Mustard Mayonnaise Marinade
Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients

olive oil

red wine vinegar
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
dry red wine
|
|
|
| 2 |
cloves |
chopped garlic
|
|
|
| 1 |
teaspoon |
dried basil
|
|
|
| 2 |
tablespoons |
hot and sweet mustard
|
|
|
| 1 |
tablespoon |
ketchup
|
|
|
Directions:
Mix all ingredients to blend. Marinate steak or pork chops for at least one hour in refrigerator. Prepare meat as desired.
